Custom Printed Kites With Your Logo: Sizes, Materials, Minimum Order and Lead Time

Everything a brand needs to brief a custom kite: six formats, what they are made of, what they cost and how long they take.

Quick Answer

Fly360 prints your logo or artwork on working kites in six formats, from a 3 ft diamond to a 9 m FLY Banner. There is no minimum order, so a single custom kite is possible. Custom printed kites start from ₹2,500 (indicative, quoted per project) and take 7 to 14 working days from design approval.

A custom printed kite is a working kite whose sail carries your logo, artwork or photo in full colour. Fly360 builds each one in its own studio in Vapi, prints it in UV-resistant ink and flight-tests it before dispatch. It arrives as a complete ready-to-fly kit with spars, line and handle, and it flies at 200 to 300 feet, which is why brands call it a flying billboard.

Which kite sizes and formats can carry a logo?

Fly360 prints on six formats. Pick the shape for the wind conditions and the visual effect you want; we advise on both when you brief us.

Format Starting size Best for
Diamond (eddy) 3 ft x 3 ft Client gifts and giveaways
Delta 6 ft x 3 ft (width x height) A logo or poster across a wide sail
Hexagon (rokkaku) 3 ft x 3 ft A distinctive six-sided shape
Train kite 17 in x 17 in units, in lines of 50, 100 or 200 A long line of kites over a crowd
Custom shape From 6 ft x 4 ft, set by your design Mascots and product shapes
FLY Banner 9 m x 1 m Maximum visibility

What are Fly360 custom kites made of?

Sails are ripstop nylon or polyester, held by fibreglass or carbon fibre spars. Artwork is digitally printed in full colour and finished by hand. Because the kites are designed, printed and flight-checked in one studio rather than imported and resold, the print and the build are checked together.

Is there a minimum order for custom kites?

No. Fly360 takes single-piece custom orders and also makes thousands of identical branded kites for campaigns. Quantity changes the price per kite and the lead time, not whether you can order.

How much do custom printed kites cost in India?

Custom printed kites start from ₹2,500. This is an indicative starting price. The final price depends on four things:

  • Quantity
  • Size and shape
  • Print complexity
  • Materials

Train kites, FLY Banners and event kites are quoted individually. You get a written quote and a digital mockup before any payment, and production starts only after you approve the mockup. Prices are in Indian rupees; see the pricing policy for how custom work is quoted.

How long does a custom kite take to make?

Standard orders take 7 to 14 working days from design approval to delivery. For large bulk or event orders, contact us at least 4 weeks ahead, because orders of 50 units or more can need extra lead time. Rush production is available for urgent dates, so ask.

How does ordering work?

  1. Send your brief. Share your logo or artwork (PNG, JPG or PDF, high resolution), the quantity, your preferred size and the event date.
  2. Get a quote and a mockup. The design team adapts your artwork to the kite shape and sends a digital mockup with a written quote.
  3. Approve and pay. Nothing is produced until you approve the mockup.
  4. We make and flight-check it. Each kite is printed, finished and tested in the studio.
  5. Delivery. Kites ship across India and worldwide, as complete ready-to-fly kits.
