01Currency and what the price includes

All prices on fly360.co.in are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown against a product is the price you pay for that item.

The checkout page shows the full amount payable before you confirm, including any Cash on Delivery handling charge and applicable taxes. We do not add fees after checkout.

02Shipping costs

Shipping is free on prepaid orders across India, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery orders carry a handling charge, shown at checkout. International orders are quoted individually; see the Shipping & Exchange Policy.

03How our kites are priced

FLY360 kites are designed, printed and flight-checked in our own studio in Vapi rather than imported and resold. Pricing reflects the materials and the work:

• Ripstop nylon and polyester sails with fibreglass or carbon fibre spars.
• Full-colour printing and hand finishing.
• Flight testing before dispatch.

Indicative starting prices: DIY colour-and-fly kits from ₹449, cartoon and character kites from ₹699, eddy kites from ₹699, delta kites from ₹799, and custom printed kites from ₹2,500. Current prices on each product page always take precedence over these indicative figures.

04Custom and bulk pricing

Custom printed kites, branded runs, train kites and event kites are quoted individually, because price depends on quantity, size, shape and print complexity. You receive a written quotation and a digital mockup before any payment is taken, and production starts only after you approve it.

05Offers and discounts

We occasionally run promotions and bundle offers. Any discount is shown in your cart before payment. Offers cannot be combined unless stated, apply while stocks last, and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional prices do not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.

06Pricing errors

Despite our care, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We never charge the higher amount without your agreement.

07Taxes and invoicing

Taxes are applied as required by Indian law and, where charged, are shown at checkout. FLY360’s GSTIN is 27FYDPS1750P1ZQ, and it appears on every tax invoice we issue. A tax invoice is issued with your order and emailed to the address on the order. If you need an invoice reissued or corrected, contact care@fly360.co.in with your order number.
